Senior Cloud Engineer – Multi-Cloud (L2)

About the role

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer (L2) to provide 24/7 operational support for a global portfolio of Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. The role involves handling incidents, service requests, and standard changes across compute, networking, storage, IAM, and PaaS services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level‑2 cloud infrastructure operations for approximately 95 Azure and GCP environments worldwide.
• Execute Terraform‑based infrastructure changes, including planning, applying, and state management.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud networking and identity‑and‑access‑management (IAM) issues.
• Maintain and document the infrastructure layer that supports applications such as D365, Dataverse, and Mulesoft.
• Collaborate with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in cloud infrastructure operations.
• Proven ability to work in a multi‑cloud environment and switch between Azure and GCP contexts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with structured escalation processes.
• Fluent in English and French, with availability for 24/7 shift work.
