Senior Content Publisher

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Content Publisher to join our EMEA Hub, supporting global brands by delivering high‑quality website content at scale. You will work closely with project managers, development teams and external clients to ensure timely, accurate publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Upload, edit and publish website content using CMS platforms such as AEM and Contentful.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks to identify and resolve HTML/CSS issues before go‑live.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage timelines, risks and delivery priorities.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing with other Content Editors.
• Communicate with external teams and clients to support project delivery.
• Identify workflow improvements and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in website editing or content publishing.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, quality‑focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with AEM and/or Contentful CMS platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Jira, Monday.com or Asana.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
