Senior Creative Engineer

About the role

The Senior Creative Engineer will design and deliver high‑quality digital creative assets for global brands, working with both static and animated formats. The role blends strong visual design, advanced digital production, and motion‑design knowledge while driving automation and AI‑assisted workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt static and digital campaign assets across multiple formats using Figma and the Adobe suite.
• Build and maintain reusable components, templates, and libraries in Figma for scalable production.
• Develop HTML5 banners with Adobe Animate or hand‑code using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, including CSS/GSAP animations.
• Translate master creatives into multi‑format executions while ensuring brand consistency and technical compliance.
• Identify and implement automation and AI‑assisted workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Documented experience in digital creative production, creative engineering, or digital advertising.
• Proven track record producing static and animated campaign assets.
• Strong visual‑design fundamentals and ability to work autonomously on complex assignments.

Required skills

• Advanced Figma (components, variants, Auto Layout, libraries).
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and working knowledge of After Effects.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for digital advertising.
• CSS animation and/or GSAP.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted creative workflows and JIRA.
