About the role

Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join its international data team in Mauritius. The role focuses on designing, building and maintaining robust data pipelines and platforms that support data‑driven initiatives for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain data pipelines and data systems.
• Transform and transfer data across multiple platforms.
• Monitor workflows and ensure data quality.
• Resolve complex data‑related challenges.
• Support L2 requests and operational activities.
• Mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of experience in data engineering or data support.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and well‑organized.
• Ability to operate in complex environments and know when to escalate.
