Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and elevate our B2B digital presence. You will shape the corporate website and broader digital ecosystem, turning them into growth platforms that acquire new customers and differentiate us in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital strategy, set a vision for an acquisition, conversion and engagement platform, and build a pragmatic, scalable roadmap.
• Orchestrate end‑to‑end digital experiences, ensuring site structure, UX, content and journeys support the overall marketing strategy and incorporate data‑driven enhancements.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary digital team (UX/UI, content, analytics, marketing automation, AI tools), recruiting and mentoring talent while fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Drive digital performance by defining KPIs, implementing dashboards, reporting mechanisms and continuous optimisation cycles.
• Explore emerging capabilities, evaluate new MarTech/WebTech tools, and ensure compliance with privacy and consent foundations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven strategic leadership with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable turning data and experimentation into actionable strategy.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and collaborating with subject‑matter experts.
• Growth‑oriented mindset with a passion for modern digital practices.
