Senior Executive

About the role

The Senior Executive will support the delivery of high‑quality corporate services for Apex Group’s global client base. You will ensure that records, filings and client interactions meet internal standards and legal requirements while providing a professional point of contact for shareholders, directors and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and legal obligations.
• Organise directors/shareholders meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
• Ensure final client deliverables are error‑free and of high quality.
• Manage certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents promptly.
• Open and maintain bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banks.
• Perform day‑to‑day tasks, monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion.
• File statutory documents with the FSC, ROC and other authorities.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in accordance with AML regulations and keep records up to date.
• Coordinate and supervise team members to achieve efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree holder or progressing towards a professional ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a quick learning ability.
