Senior Executive

About the role

The Apex Group is seeking a Senior Executive to manage a portfolio of client servicing deliverables across its global fund administration business. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high‑quality, accurate delivery of statutory filings, document certifications, and day‑to‑day banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a defined set of client servicing tasks for a portfolio of clients.
• Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Organise directors/shareholders meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
• Ensure final client deliverables are 100% accurate and of high quality.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents within agreed timelines.
• Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banks.
• Perform statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other regulatory bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in accordance with AML codes and keep records up to date.
• Coordinate and coach team members, reviewing their work to maintain standards.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in a global business or fund administration environment.
• Degree holder or progressing towards a professional ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
