Senior Executive

About the role

The Senior Executive will support Apex Group’s Mauritius office in delivering high‑quality fund administration, tax, and compliance services to our global client base. You will act as a key liaison between clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring all statutory and operational requirements are met accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Convene director/shareholder meetings, prepare high‑quality board papers, and verify minutes.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and coordinate with auditors.
• Ensure final client deliverables are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and liaison with banks.
• File statutory returns (annual, APS, PAYE, TDS, VAT, Indian tax) within due dates.
• Address tax queries from authorities and clients, and perform statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other bodies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree holder or substantial progress towards ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with solid interpersonal skills.
