Senior Executive

About the role

The Senior Executive will support Apex Group’s fund administration and middle‑office services by ensuring accurate record‑keeping, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality client deliverables. This permanent position is based in Trianon and requires a proactive professional with a strong client‑service mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Convene directors/shareholders meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
• Ensure final client deliverables are 100% correct in quality and accuracy.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents promptly.
• Open and maintain bank accounts, liaising with banks as needed.
• Produce statutory accounts with all required disclosures.
• Perform day‑to‑day tasks, monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion.
• File statutory returns with FSC, ROC and other bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) per AML code and keep records up to date.
• Coordinate team members effectively to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree or substantial progress toward ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong client‑service mindset and excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
