Senior Executive

About the role

The Senior Executive will manage client servicing deliverables for a portfolio of Apex Group clients, ensuring high‑quality administration, compliance and documentation. This role combines record‑keeping, board support, banking liaison and statutory filing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a varied set of client servicing deliverables and maintain accurate records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Convene directors/shareholders meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes to ensure 100 % accuracy.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostille and consularisation of documents within agreed timelines.
• Maintain and open bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banks on behalf of clients.
• Perform statutory filings with regulatory bodies (FSC, ROC, etc.) and conduct customer due‑diligence in line with AML codes.
• Coordinate and coach team members, reviewing their work and ensuring timely completion of day‑to‑day tasks.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a global business environment, preferably within fund administration or related services.
• Degree or substantial progress toward a professional ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a quick learning ability.
