Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead day‑to‑day accounting activities for a globally distributed team. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial processing while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the accounting function.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan work for the accounting team, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist team members with queries and provide guidance on accounting matters.
• Review general‑ledger postings, make corrections, and prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Monitor internal controls, identify process‑improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with accounting colleagues across multiple countries.

Required profile

• ACCA Level 2 qualification with at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong business acumen, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently under pressure, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Required skills

• Experience with global ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
