Senior Graphic Designer – Figma Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with deep expertise in Figma to create and deliver a wide range of digital assets for global brands across e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce eCRM materials, websites, banners, interactive PDFs, sales presentations, Amazon A+, A++, Brand Stores, landing pages and other e‑commerce content.
• Own projects from brief through final delivery, ensuring quality, accessibility (WCAG/EAA) and retailer standards.
• Use advanced Figma features – components, variants, auto‑layout, design systems, prototyping and developer handoff.
• Adapt and localise assets for different brands, retailers and markets while respecting brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers, review deliverables and help improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or eCommerce Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proven track record creating assets for Amazon and other e‑retail platforms.
• Experience working with global brands and international teams.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, variants and auto‑layout.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro and Firefly.
• Experience with generative AI tools to enhance design quality and efficiency.
• Familiarity with visual analysis and optimisation tools such as Feng‑Gui, Vizit or Samureye.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG/EAA) and digital design best practices.
