Senior IT Applications Support Analyst

Join our team as a Senior IT Applications Support Analyst! We are looking for a tech‑savvy, solutions‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering reliable, high‑quality support for critical banking applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 & 3 support for banking applications and drive continuous system improvements.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain top system performance through proactive monitoring and performance tuning.
• Ensure security, compliance, and stability through patches, upgrades, and recovery planning.
• Conduct user training and develop documentation to enhance system adoption and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of hands‑on experience in application support leadership, ideally within the banking sector.
• Proficiency with banking systems such as Oracle FLEXCUBE, OFSAA, Treasury, Loan Management, or Payment Platforms.
• Strong command of Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL databases with solid troubleshooting and query skills.
• Familiarity with API integrations, automation scripting, and web services.
• Certifications in ITIL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, or Cloud Technologies are a plus.
