Senior Legal Officer – Corporate Services

About the role

As a Senior Legal Officer you will oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring that all legal queries and requests are handled promptly, efficiently and to a high standard. You will act as the primary point of contact for client matters, guide junior team members and continuously improve service delivery across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the designated client portfolio, processing queries and requests in a timely manner.
• Draft, review and provide feedback on corporate documents and other client deliverables.
• Conduct KYC checks for new and existing clients in line with Citco policies.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain and grow business relationships with clients, Citco offices and third‑party providers.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures.
• Monitor legal developments in relevant jurisdictions and ensure compliance with international and industry‑specific requirements.
• Support the Account Manager with team planning, client onboarding and migration activities.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
• 4–5 years of experience providing corporate legal services to international clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented team player with strong communication skills.
