Senior Quality Associate – Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Associate – Compliance to strengthen our Evaluation Services (EVS) Quality Assurance framework under ESMA regulations, including the new ESG Rating Regulation (EU 2024/3005). You will act as a key guardian of compliance, ensuring our methodologies and controls meet European transparency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate licensing and audit readiness activities for the ESMA license process.
• Provide information to the ESMA Oversight function and maintain centralised compliance data.
• Update, publish and communicate compliance policies, manuals and procedures.
• Maintain training content, track mandatory participation and raise compliance awareness within the EVS team.
• Manage corrective action plans arising from internal or external audits.
• Track mandatory KPIs and disseminate regulatory requirements across the organisation.
• Perform any other EVS compliance activities related to ESG regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a compliance‑related function.
• Deep knowledge of Quality Assurance frameworks and regulatory audit preparation, preferably with ESMA ESG regulations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for global stakeholder interaction.
• High integrity, professional fluency in English and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools for regulatory research.
