Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

Helvetic Crest Advisors is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to lead and grow a high‑net‑worth client book in Mauritius. The role combines independent client servicing with business development across HNWI, UHNWI and family‑office segments.

Key responsibilities

• Independently service, retain and develop an existing client book of at least USD 150 million AUM.
• Acquire new HNWI, UHNWI and family‑office clients in target markets.
• Provide holistic investment advice and manage mandates within the firm’s investment policy and Investment Committee framework.
• Complete compliant onboarding, including KYC, source‑of‑wealth and suitability assessments.
• Collaborate closely with the CIO, Compliance team and custodian banks.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (FSC Mauritius, AML/CFT, cross‑border rules).

Required profile

• Own a portable client book of at least USD 150 million in assets under management.
• Several years of experience as a Relationship Manager in private banking or wealth management with a proven track record.
• University degree in finance, business or equivalent and at least four years of relevant investment‑business experience.
• Clean record and ability to meet FSC fit‑and‑proper requirements.
• Sound knowledge of investment products, compliance, AML/KYC and cross‑border advisory.
• Fluent English; French or other languages an advantage.
• Resident in Mauritius or willing to relocate, and able to travel internationally.
