Senior Salesforce Developer (Remote – Mauritius)

About the role

Smplicity Consulting (Mauritius) is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its remote team. You will work directly with international clients on complex Salesforce, integration and digital transformation projects, translating business needs into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs.
• Customize objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports and dashboards.
• Articulate technical concepts in clear business language for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and adherence to best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Excellent communication in French and English.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
