Senior Salesforce Developer – Remote (Mauritius)

About the role

Smplicity Consulting (Mauritius) is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its remote team. You will work directly with international clients on complex Salesforce, integration and digital transformation projects, translating business needs into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs.
• Customize objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports and dashboards to meet client requirements.
• Articulate technical concepts in clear business language for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solution quality and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong consulting mindset with excellent communication in English and French.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
