Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Analyst to lead and optimise paid social campaigns for global brands. You will work across multiple platforms, develop audience strategies, and deliver data‑driven insights to maximise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.
• Monitor performance, implement strategic optimisations and conduct A/B testing.
• Develop audience targeting, retargeting and full‑funnel activation strategies.
• Analyse data, generate actionable insights and produce client‑ready reports.
• Present campaign findings to stakeholders and collaborate with Strategy, Analytics, Client Operations, Programmatic and Creative teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes and emerging best practices.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience managing Paid Social campaigns, especially on Meta Ads Manager.
• Solid understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Experience in a fast‑paced agency or performance‑marketing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Meta Certifications are a plus.
