About the role

EasyPay runs payroll and HR for hundreds of companies across Mauritius. Every month, real people get paid through code we write. This is a full-time, on-site role at our office in Quatre Bornes.

Key responsibilities

Build features across the platform: payroll, leave, attendance, reports.
Write clean, secure, and well‑tested code with a focus on performance and scalability.
Collaborate with the product and support teams to translate real client needs into technical solutions.
Fix production issues when they arise.
Help with code reviews.

Required profile

5+ years building backend systems, ideally in C#/.NET.
Solid SQL and relational database design experience.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
