Senior Technical Lead

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of cloud and IT infrastructure solutions for its global customers. You will lead complex projects, mentor technical teams and ensure delivery of secure, scalable, high‑performance services aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee system engineering and architecture for cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Lead, manage and maintain hardware and software platforms, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Mentor IT System Administrators and guide technical decision‑making.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure timely, high‑quality service delivery.
• Develop project scopes, implementation plans and resource allocation strategies.
• Design and implement disaster recovery, information security and control frameworks.
• Monitor project progress, report to senior management and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in cloud infrastructure design and management.
• Proven experience with LAN and WAN network architectures.
• Strong project management background with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent documentation skills in both French and English.
