Server – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Server will take orders and serve food and beverages to guests across the resort’s restaurants, bars, pool and beach venues. The role focuses on delivering a perfect service experience while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare mise‑en‑place, set up and clear tables or sunbeds in each outlet.
• Take orders, serve (and where applicable prepare) food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming and overall cleanliness.
• Promote hotel services and products, describe menu items with vivid detail.
• Handle guest checks, process payments and follow control procedures accurately.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and rotate between outlets as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in 5‑star hotels, resorts or reputable standalone restaurants.
• Excellent English communication, math and psychometric abilities.
• Technical education in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Basic wine knowledge is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly.
• Proficiency in handling payments and posting guest checks.
