Server (Waiter/Waitress) – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team at the Four Seasons resort in Mauritius. In this role you will take orders and serve food and beverages across our restaurants, bars, pool and beach areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in all service areas.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and support team initiatives.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions and adhere to grooming and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist when needed.
• Commitment to the hotel’s code of conduct and safety policies.

Required skills
