Service Technician

About the role

iSpace, Mauritius’ trusted Apple Authorized Reseller, is looking for a passionate Service Technician to join its Service Department in Quatre Bornes. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing Apple devices and related multimedia and enterprise equipment on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, component‑level repairs and field service interventions according to manufacturer standards.
• Document all service activities, update ticketing systems and communicate repair status and timelines to customers.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure high service quality and timely resolution of technical issues.

Required profile

• Technical qualification or certification in electronics, IT or a related field; Apple or OEM certifications are a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and service manuals.

Required skills

• Troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Use of diagnostic tools, service software and ticketing systems.
• Component‑level repair and preventive maintenance practices.
