Services Project Manager

About the role

The Services Project Manager leads external client engagements to implement Dayforce’s Global HCM software platform. Using Dayforce’s proven implementation methodology, the role ensures projects are delivered on scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent or complex projects, coordinating resources in a matrix environment.
• Plan, monitor, and communicate project progress, milestones, and risks.
• Set and manage customer expectations regarding scope, timeline, responsibilities, and governance.
• Facilitate sign‑off of key deliverables such as kick‑off, discovery, project plan, status reports, change requests, UAT, and project closure.
• Assist customers throughout the UAT process and prepare change requests as needed.
• Transition completed projects to Support and conduct post‑go‑live health checks.
• Motivate project teams to document solutions and contribute to a shared repository.
• Contribute feedback to improve Dayforce implementation methodology and PMO tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple or complex client‑facing projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with consultants, product, support, and R&D teams.
• Strong client relationship skills and accountability for deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Experience guiding teams through organizational readiness and change management.
