Social Media Manager for SME Clients

About the role

You will manage the social media presence of a portfolio of SME clients, handling monthly planning, caption writing, publishing, and daily client communication. You will work closely with a Content Studio, designers, video producers and a Campaign Manager to keep each client’s pages vibrant and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Build next month’s content plan for each client, including hooks, posts, captions and optimal posting times.
• Write and edit captions in English, French and Kreol, using AI tools and your own judgement.
• Present the plan to clients, obtain approval and keep to the schedule.
• Publish high‑quality posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn in the correct formats.
• Monitor client comments twice a week, flag negative feedback, and hide or delete inappropriate content.
• Coordinate visuals and video production with designers and the video team, and arrange shoot dates with clients.
• Maintain daily communication windows with each client to ensure no message goes unanswered.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok formats, trends and engagement tactics.
• Excellent writing skills in English, French and natural Kreol, delivering a clear message per post.
• Basic Canva proficiency and an eye for a clean, cohesive feed.
• Highly organized, able to manage 10‑20 client accounts with strict deadlines.
• Warm, clear communication style with business owners and calm under pressure.
• Approximately one year of social‑media experience for a brand, page, or agency.
