Mantra Connexions is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join its creative studio in Quatre Bornes. The role focuses on planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content that boosts brand awareness and audience interaction across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with the company’s storytelling goals.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual assets match messaging.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
• Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, trends, and best practices to enhance online presence.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media and Digital Marketing with proven campaign execution.
• Proficiency in creating posts, short videos, and visual narratives for specific audiences.
• Solid understanding of audience segmentation, branding, and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work closely with creative and production teams.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in media, film, or content production is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent practical experience.
