Software Developer Intern – October 2026 Intake

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Developer Intern to join our Mauritius team for a three‑month period from mid‑October 2026 to early January 2027. The internship offers hands‑on experience in building and testing software solutions within a leading human capital management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop and test new software applications.
• Assist in coding, debugging and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality.
• Contribute to the enhancement of existing products and implementation of coding standards.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and deliver quality results.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in the 2nd semester or final year of a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong academic performance in programming, algorithms, data structures and related subjects.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for learning new technologies in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C#, Java, C++, Python, JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
