Solution Architect – Identity & Access Management

About the role

As a Solution Architect within the Operations Engineering and Transformation Global Service Line, you will lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives across Allianz Services. You will act as the trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring IAM strategies align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the IAM subject‑matter expert and advisor to executive‑level stakeholders.
• Develop, roll out, and govern IAM strategy, target operating models and compliance frameworks.
• Perform IAM assessments, maturity evaluations and define implementation approaches.
• Design and deliver scalable IAM processes in collaboration with technical architects and security teams.
• Provide oversight for large‑scale IAM projects across regions or functions.
• Ensure IAM practices comply with laws, regulations and generate activity reports.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, change management and communication across functional teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and recommend innovations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess maturity and define target operating models.
• Excellent communication and change‑management capabilities.
