Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our Integration team and help large enterprises connect their learning and talent systems with goFLUENT’s platform. You will manage integration projects from requirements gathering through testing and deployment, working closely with clients, sales, and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client business and technical requirements and translate them into clear integration solutions.
• Advise and challenge clients on the best approach to integrate goFLUENT with LMS, ATS, or other platforms.
• Act as the bridge between clients, Customer Success, project stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Lead international integration projects from definition through testing and deployment.
• Coordinate with internal and external project managers, technical teams, and technology partners.
• Support clients and internal teams in resolving integration‑related issues, involving technical experts when needed.
• Ensure clear communication and follow‑up throughout the project lifecycle.
• Share knowledge and coordinate information internally to improve integration practices.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in project management or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Experience administering or integrating LMS or LXP platforms (nice to have).
• Knowledge of SAML or OAuth.
• Understanding of APIs and technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of coding or technical concepts.
• French or German language skills (optional).
