Solutions Specialist – Dayforce Industry Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Specialist to support our Dayforce Industry Solutions (DIS) application worldwide. Reporting to the Manager, Solutions, you will combine technical expertise with strong customer‑service skills to deliver B2B application support for our most strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client support, building strong relationships with key customers.
• Troubleshoot, reproduce, research, design, test, and implement resolutions using C# .NET and SQL.
• Tri­age DIS and Dayforce issues, delivering efficient incident responses and closures.
• Monitor client configurations to identify proactive improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to operational projects, including defect documentation, process optimisation, and best‑practice implementation.
• Assist with customer transition from implementation to ongoing support, collaborating with Services and Success teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing technical customer support.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conflict and expectations.
• Motivation to grow as a subject‑matter expert in DIS and related Dayforce modules.
