Spanish Procure to Pay Associate

About the role

Accenture is looking for a bilingual Spanish Procure to Pay Associate to provide vendor support through voice and email channels. You will act as the first point of contact for vendors, ensuring timely and professional communication while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to vendor inquiries via phone and email, logging and tracking each case until closure.
• Identify, categorize, and prioritize issues, liaise with internal teams, and meet SLA targets for response and resolution.
• Maintain detailed case records in the ticketing system and generate daily/weekly reports on ticket volume and resolution times.
• Contribute to the improvement of help‑desk SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
• Detect recurring issues, propose process enhancements, and participate in calibration sessions and internal training.

Required profile

• HSC/Diploma/Degree in a related field.
• 6‑12 months of relevant experience in vendor support or similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish.
• Reliable, discreet, detail‑oriented, and strong analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (advantageous).
