Store & Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and organized Store & Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations of our warehouse and store in Mauritius. The role involves overseeing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, supervising staff, and ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the store and warehouse, including receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming goods.
• Verify quantities, ensure product condition, and oversee proper sorting, labeling, and storage.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate records, and handle inventory movements in the system.
• Coordinate preparation, packing, and loading of goods for delivery, ensuring all documentation is correct.
• Manage returned goods, investigate discrepancies, and report issues to management.
• Lead, supervise, and allocate tasks to warehouse personnel while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Implement company policies, enforce procedures, and perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouses, logistics, inventory, or store management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with inventory management software or stock control systems.
