Storekeeper – Full-time On-site

About the role

Aanari Hotel & Spa is seeking a reliable and organised Storekeeper to join its team in Flic en Flac, Mauritius. This is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for managing all hotel supplies and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued and remaining.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify items requiring replenishment.
• Issue food, beverages, housekeeping supplies and other materials to relevant departments.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and rotation of stock according to hotel standards.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe storeroom while following hygiene, health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Good organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to handle and move stock when required.
• Mauritian residents only.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with stock/inventory systems.
