Supervisor – International Operations

About the role

DTOS Ltd is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to join its International Operations Department. The role focuses on supporting company incorporations, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance across UAE free zones.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with company incorporations in various UAE free zones.
• Manage client onboarding, including KYC documentation verification.
• Oversee day‑to‑day administration of UAE clients and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate timely license renewals, UAE residence visa renewals, VAT filings, and corporate tax filings.
• Prepare and submit UAE residence visa applications and tax residency certificates.
• Liaise with accounting for financial statements, VAT, corporate tax submissions, and auditor interactions.
• Handle re‑domiciliation of companies, bank account closures, liquidations, and opening of new accounts.
• Draft directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, process changes in company signatories, and manage board meeting logistics.

Required profile

• Degree holder with ACCA Level 3 or ICSA Part 3 qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration of client companies.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and operate independently.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented with strong oral and written communication skills.
