Supply Chain Assistant – Fixed-Term (6-12 months)

About the role

The Supply Chain Assistant will support BIA Group’s logistics operations in Mauritius, ensuring smooth coordination from order placement through to on‑time delivery. This fixed‑term position offers the chance to work with an international team in a dynamic, family‑owned environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supplier deliveries and verify compliance with confirmed order dates.
• Update order status, availability and confirmation dates in the ERP system (SAP).
• Validate supplier deliveries and invoices, ensuring proper receipt in SAP.
• Handle customer and supplier claims, using Qualipro where required.
• Clear parked invoices (supplier and inter‑company) and update shipment cost information.
• Maintain accurate shipment tracking data.
• Perform any other related duties as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Management, Sales or equivalent experience.
• Experience interacting with customers or suppliers is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (ERP) for order and invoice management.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
