Supply Chain Associate

About the role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Associate to manage sales and purchase orders across multiple countries. The role ensures accurate order entry in SAP and related portals, monitors delivery schedules, and collaborates with customers and suppliers to resolve any supply risks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer sales orders, ensuring correct replication in SAP and the Aspen Supplier Portal.
- Confirm product availability and delivery schedules, and track order changes through IPCs and reporting tools.
- Communicate delays or early deliveries to customers and lead regular coordination calls.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks such as stockouts, shipping errors, or quality issues.
- Send purchase orders to suppliers via email, Aspen Supplier Portal or SharePoint, and obtain timely confirmations.
- Monitor supplier performance, escalate risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Regulatory, Quality, IT and other functions to assess order impacts.
- Analyse and implement artwork changes at the order level to ensure compliance.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with ERP and portal systems.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving supply chain disruptions.
