Sustainability Coordinator

About the role

The CIEL Group is seeking a dynamic Sustainability Coordinator to support the implementation of its Group-wide sustainability strategy. Reporting to the Group Head of ESG and Corporate Sustainability, the role will coordinate key initiatives and enhance ESG data management and reporting across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the CIEL Group Sustainability Strategy and coordinate Group-wide sustainability projects such as carbon accounting.
• Manage environmental, community, HR and safety data through the UL360 platform.
• Analyse sustainability data and coordinate ESG reporting for the Board, the Annual Integrated Report and key shareholders.
• Monitor local and international sustainability trends and contribute to the review and update of relevant policies or guidelines.
• Help develop and engage the Group’s sustainability network through workshops, communications and events.
• Support the organisation of the CIEL Annual Sustainability Forum, Sustainability Day and the Renewable Energy Committee.

Required profile

• A degree from a recognised institution in sustainability, environmental studies, engineering or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar sustainability, ESG or reporting role.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of sustainability indicators and KPIs.
• Strong drafting, reporting and communication skills.
• A resourceful, collaborative and customer‑focused approach, with the ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment.
