Sustainability Coordinator - Reporting & Disclosure

About the role

The Sustainability Coordinator – Reporting & Disclosure will support the Group’s sustainability reporting cycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and credible ESG disclosures. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to embed reporting standards and enhance data quality across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of the annual Sustainability Report, managing content planning, data collection, consolidation, review, and evidence tracking.
• Assist in implementing and embedding reporting standards such as GRI, ISSB/IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, and integrated reporting principles.
• Review and optimise data‑collection processes, identify automation opportunities, and ensure data integrity, traceability and auditability.
• Conduct data mining to populate and maintain the Group sustainability dashboard, leveraging analytics and BI tools.
• Support internal quality‑assurance processes for sustainability disclosures.
• Create communication packs, slide presentations, and content for board briefings and inductions.
• Act as the operational contact for external sustainability advocate organisations and support stakeholder‑engagement plans.
• Contribute to process enhancements that strengthen governance, transparency and accountability of disclosures.

Required profile

• Strong planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
