Systems Engineer – Windows Infrastructure

About the role

Join Rank Interactive’s high‑performing IT Hosting Support team in Mauritius, working on a large enterprise‑scale technology environment. You will own the full lifecycle of Windows‑based hosting infrastructure, ensuring services are secure, resilient and always available while collaborating with skilled technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support Windows Server and virtualised environments (VMware / Hyper‑V).
• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.
• Administer storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and PKI/Certificate Authority services.
• Resolve incidents and service requests via the ITIL‑based Service Desk and participate in on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Windows Server and virtualization technologies.
• Solid knowledge of AD, Exchange and Office 365.
• Understanding of SAN/NAS storage and PKI/CA concepts.
• Process‑driven approach with familiarity of ITIL practices.
