Systems Engineer (Wintel) – IT Infrastructure Support

About the role

Join Rank Interactive’s high‑performing IT Hosting Support team in Mauritius and work with modern Microsoft infrastructure, virtualised environments and cloud technologies. You will own the full lifecycle of hosting infrastructure, ensuring services are secure, resilient and always available.

Key responsibilities

• Support Windows Server and virtualised environments (VMware / Hyper‑V).
• Manage Active Directory and Azure AD, including DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Support Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.
• Maintain infrastructure components, storage (SAN/NAS) and PKI/Certificate Authority services.
• Resolve incidents and service requests via the ITIL‑based Service Desk.
• Perform proactive maintenance, system tuning and documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and third‑party suppliers.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Windows Server.
• Virtualisation experience (VMware or Hyper‑V).
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365.
• Experience with PKI/Certificate Authority.
• Understanding of SAN and NAS storage.
• Structured, process‑driven approach (ITIL).
