Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Team Zajey, an NGO focused on environmental, human and animal rights, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help identify, contact and onboard suitable volunteers and contributors across a wide range of projects. This is a volunteer, bootstrap position offering flexible involvement.

Key responsibilities

• Search for individuals based on defined criteria and metrics.
• Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates.
• Coordinate introductions to relevant project teams within the organization.
• Support onboarding and basic training of new volunteers.
• Collaborate with other internal posts and switch between them as needed.

• Clear and professional communication, able to speak up and avoid ghosting.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously without micromanagement.
• Efficient and results‑oriented, capable of getting tasks done.
