Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiting Top Talent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Rank Interactive’s People & Culture team. In this role you will drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from market mapping and proactive sourcing to candidate assessment and onboarding, ensuring we attract high‑calibre talent for our digital gaming business.

Key responsibilities

• Employ diverse sourcing methods—including proactive headhunting, job boards, social media and professional networks—to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, screen resumes and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and generate recruitment performance reports.
• Organise and attend job and university career fairs to strengthen the company’s employer brand.
• Identify gaps in the recruitment process and propose improvements in partnership with the People & Culture team.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and highly motivated with a strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Experience with candidate sourcing and headhunting techniques.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
• Knowledge of market research and talent pipelining strategies.
