Talent Manager – Repatriation Track

About the role

Bridge Moris is seeking a Talent Manager to own its Repatriation Track, helping Mauritian diaspora members who wish to return home secure senior positions with partner organisations. The role combines strategic talent mapping, candidate assessment, and partnership management to build a pipeline of senior talent for Mauritius.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end process for the Repatriation Track, from outreach to placement.
• Identify, engage and assess diaspora professionals ready to relocate to Mauritius.
• Conduct interviews, assessments and draft detailed candidate profiles for partner companies.
• Collaborate with the Flexible Engagement Track to scope advisory and short‑term missions.
• Maintain relationships with corporate partners, government bodies and diaspora networks.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition and diaspora dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast‑moving team.
• Experience in senior‑level recruitment or talent platform development.
