Taxi Representative – Guest Services & Dispatch

About the role

Toourism is looking for a friendly and organized Taxi Representative to join its team in Trou aux Biches. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them understand the taxi options, book rides and ensure smooth, timely dispatch of vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and by phone, explain available taxi services, fares and booking procedures.
• Coordinate taxi bookings, maintain accurate trip records and monitor driver schedules to optimise vehicle availability.
• Handle payments, vouchers or other transaction methods as required.
• Liaise with drivers to confirm pick‑ups, resolve basic service issues and support promotional activities that encourage taxi usage.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse guests.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays on‑site in Trou aux Biches.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive and reliable approach.

Required skills

• Basic computer or mobile‑device literacy for using booking systems, messaging apps and record‑keeping tools.
• Sales‑related skills for promoting taxi services and handling guest inquiries.
