Team Lead – Wealth Management Services

About the role

Accuvise Administrators Limited is seeking a full‑time Team Lead to manage its wealth management and administration team in Port Louis. The role is on‑site and involves overseeing daily operations, guiding staff, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality client services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the wealth management team, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Review financial reports and support client relationship management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service standards.
• Report progress, issues and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Participate in strategic discussions and help roll out new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with experience supervising a high‑performing team.
• Strong understanding of financial services, wealth management concepts and client service best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in finance, business, management or a related field.
