Team Leader – Fund Services

About the role

The Fund Services Team Leader will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely delivery of services. This role combines client liaison, operational oversight, and team development within an offshore fund administration environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact, addressing queries from new and existing funds and structures.
• Monitor debtor recovery, track additional services for extra billing, and ensure compliance with client SLAs.
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior staff, conducting performance reviews and providing training.
• Oversee incorporation processes for funds, CIS managers, investment advisers, and other licensed entities, liaising with relevant authorities.
• Prepare quotes, pitches, and board/committee meeting materials, including notices, agendas, board packs, and minutes.
• Maintain statutory records, ensure proper filings, scanning, and system updates.
• Support capital call/distribution processes, equalisation, and capital re‑balancing calculations.
• Circulate quarterly management accounts and capital statements to investors and assist with annual audited financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy, quality checks, and adherence to internal procedures across all team deliveries.

Required profile

• Degree in Law & Management, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ICSA/ACCA).
• Minimum 6 years experience in the offshore fund services sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
