Team Leader – Trusts & Private Clients

About the role

Rogers Capital Fiduciary is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the administration of trusts, foundations and other private client structures. The role combines client interaction, complex case management and supervision of junior administrators, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in day‑to‑day administration of a global portfolio of business client companies.
• Handle complex and high‑profile trust and foundation structures.
• Review and coach administrators, ensuring statutory compliance and adherence to company procedures.
• Organise board meetings, prepare board packs, attend meetings when required and draft minutes.
• Maintain statutory filings, KYC updates and due‑diligence records in line with local legislation.
• Process client requests promptly and efficiently.
• Liaise with authorities, banks, auditors and other service providers.
• Provide statistics and information to the Manager and other departments within set timeframes.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Economics, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Willingness to pursue or currently pursuing STEP qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar fiduciary or trust administration role, with prior supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable using digital collaboration tools.
