Technical Account Manager

About the role

Parallels is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to lead the implementation and onboarding of Parallels RAS for premier customers. You will act as the technical owner throughout the customer journey, ensuring deployments align with their infrastructure and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on implementation and onboarding of Parallels RAS, managing the full technical lifecycle.
• Architect deployments in collaboration with networking, security, identity and virtualization teams.
• Design and execute detailed delivery plans, including configuration, upgrades, patching and validation.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of system architectures and configurations.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales and Engineering to deliver seamless, technically sound outcomes.
• Provide advisory guidance on architecture, performance and best practices for premier customers and partners.
• Own and resolve all reported issues and service requests within SLA and KPI targets.
• Act as escalation point for critical incidents, conduct root‑cause analyses and drive preventative measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical implementations and onboarding for enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, identity management and virtualization environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to coordinate with engineering teams.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
