Technical Lead – .NET/Angular

About the role

The Technical Lead – .NET/Angular will head the design, development and maintenance of enterprise‑level applications for BDO IT Consulting. Based on‑site in Port Louis, the role combines hands‑on coding with leadership of a multidisciplinary development team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of .NET and Angular solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and security best practices.
• Guide developers through code reviews, mentor junior staff and promote continuous improvement of development processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, security specialists and project managers to translate requirements into scalable, secure applications.
• Contribute to system integration efforts and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise software projects, preferably in IT consulting or security‑focused environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a track record of designing scalable, secure solutions.
• Effective communication skills for working with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
